Our company is a non-ferrous foundry with a private capital started up in 2004.

We are a group of engineers with experience in - maintenance and use of pressure die casting machines (experience gained at “SC Tractorul UTB SA” at nonferrous alloys foundry ) - static casts of nonferrous alloys (experience gained at “SC Metrom SA” Brasov) - casts of steel and iron (experience gained at “SC Hidromecanica SA” Brasov).

Sited in the industrial area of BRASOV, it has a land surfaces of 4320 sqm where there are the casting house, the machine house and the administration's bureau .

The managers of our company have a very large experience in the castings labor and they are specialists in this field. We certify the quality of our products in "Certificate of analysis".

The prescript values are determinated on our own optical emission laboratory spectrometer (Analyzer F 20)- made in Italy in 2005. This spectrometer is tested and certified metrologically. Every charge of non-ferrous alloys is analysed before to be cast.

In 2004 we purchased two TSP machines (CLOO 400 and GDK 500) from Poland and we begin the production of cast products for export to Holland. At the Dutch client’s request we enlarged the turnover amount by purchasing from the Romanian market of other three TSP machines (a CLH 250, a CLOO 400 and a CLH 630) which we repaired and modernized with our own workshop.

At the beginning of 2006 we started static cast in sand & metallic patterns for aluminum alloys and copper alloys and we purchased other three TSP machines (a Matra 160, a CLH 250 and a CLH 1000).

Right now we deliver our production as follows: Holland (50%), France (30%) and Romanian market (20%).

We are highly interested in developing commercial relationships on the European market, counting on current technical base and eventually on purchasing equipments that can be paid on exchange with products realized on these equipments.
